About Me
I'm the founder of The Chronic Shift, my journey into holistic pain care began both in the classroom and through deeply personal experiences. I hold a Master’s degree in Sport Science a multidisciplinary field that shaped the way I see the human body and healing: complex, interconnected, and deserving of more than a one-size-fits-all approach. I first stepped into the world of chronic pain support through massage therapy and myoskeletal therapy, helping people find relief through hands-on work. But over time, I saw that pain runs deeper, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Watching my sister struggle for years with chronic musculoskeletal pain, and my mother with an autoimmune condition, I realised how often care falls short by focusing on just one aspect of the person. That’s when I knew I had to offer more. I began refining my approach with additional holistic tools: integrating Functional Nutrition, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Active Isolated Stretching, mindfulness, and a pain trauma-informed lens. Today, I support Muslim women like you not only in finding relief, but in rediscovering what it means to live fully, with presence and purpose even in the presence of pain. Because healing isn’t linear, and it isn’t singular. It’s a shift and you don’t have to do it alone.
The Chronic Shift Program
Every approach we use serves a purpose in your healing journey and together, they create a powerful foundation for change.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Functional Nutrition supports your body from the inside out, addressing inflammation, hormonal imbalances, and nutrient deficiencies that may be contributing to your pain.
Active Isolated Stretching gently restores movement and flexibility, easing physical tension without overwhelming your body.
Mindfulness practices anchor you in the present, helping calm the nervous system and reduce the stress that often worsens chronic pain.
Through a pain trauma-informed lens:
we acknowledge the emotional and spiritual toll of long-term pain especially for Muslim women
Create a safe, supportive space for healing.
Depending on your primary needs, we may begin with one approach or gently integrate several, always at a pace that feels right for you. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all and neither is your care.

Your Journey, Your Way
Choose What Supports You Best
At The Chronic Shift, healing is not one-size-fits-all.
That’s why I offer both 1:1 solo sessions and a 10-week group coaching program, each designed to meet you where you are.
✨ 1:1 Solo Program "Exclusive Shift Experience"
This is a deeply personalized experience tailored entirely to you — your body, your story, and your goals. We take a step-by-step approach based on what you need most, whether that’s restoring physical balance, working through emotional blocks, addressing nutrition, or creating a new relationship with pain. You’ll receive full attention, ongoing adjustments, and a plan that evolves as you do. This is ideal if you're looking for individual support and prefer a private, focused space to work through your healing.
🌙 10-Week Group Coaching ProgramIn this intimate group experience, we focus on one specific approach for the full 10 weeks, whether that’s ACT
(Faithfully Aligned Program) and mindfulness, Functional Nutrition (Nourish to Heal Program), or Restorative movement (Active isolated stretching) allowing you to go deeper, reflect, and build consistency in that area.
Together with other Muslim women navigating similar challenges, you’ll engage in guided exercises, share experiences, and support each other through growth.
There’s something powerful about healing in community, knowing you're not alone, and learning from others as you shift, too.
Community group
This is a brand new community, where you can all come together and share experiences, challenges you are all going through.
I will happily challenge you throughout tasks or challenges for you to make changes to start the processes of healing your gut and heal your pain.
I can't wait to see you there!
